MIDWEST REGION JUNIOR TEAM
The following skiers have been selected to the Midwest Junior Team for the 2006-2007 ski year. 
Boys/Girls 1-3 skiers that compete at the Midwest Regional Championships shall qualify annually for this designation.

MIDWEST SELECTION CRITERIA- " ELITE JUNIOR TEAM"
Annually  at the Regional Championships, the Midwest " Elite Junior Team" is selected from skiers in Boys/Girls
2-3 with one year eligibility remaining. Selection is based upon the combined NOPS score of the Regional
Championships performance and the skiers best score from another performance during the ski year. SKIERS  
MUST SUBMIT their BEST PERFORMANCES  at REGISTRATION via copy of a PROPERLY  signed "AWSA 
WATER SKI ATHLETE PERFORMANCE RECORD". The first pick for each division is the skier with the highest
NOPS in three events. The second and third picks are chosen by top NOPS in a single event. Should the single
event skier be the Overall skier, the skier with the next highest NOPS will be chosen. The 2008 team will be
announced at the Regional Championship Banquet.
